Calhern is a grotesk sans family made up of 3 sub-families. Bringing a vast variety of character, the typeface was first influenced by type found in film credits and title sequences. When studying type styles through research, a key factor of having a versatile style set was made especially clear. It was fundamental to aim for a typeface that could speak in many different voices.
